1. Acceptance
By placing an order or registering as a dealer with STAR INTERNATIONAL, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Pricing & taxes
Retail prices displayed on this website are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Wholesale prices are quoted separately on enquiry and subject to applicable GST.
3. Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed on receipt of payment or against an agreed credit line. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Delivery
Standard pan-India dispatch is within 48 hours of payment confirmation, subject to stock availability. Freight is charged at actuals for wholesale shipments.
5. Returns
Defective or damaged goods may be reported within 7 days of receipt. Replacements or credit notes will be issued after inspection.
6. Warranty
Products are warranted against manufacturing defects only. We are not liable for misuse, incorrect storage or end-application failures outside our control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
